These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FreeToolBay websites and landing pages at freetoolbay.com (the "Site"), operated by FreeToolBay ("FreeToolBay," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

FreeToolBay operates marketing and informational landing pages, including pages about AI Companion experiences. The companion product described on our Site is AI-generated adult character entertainment for users 18 years of age or older. Characters and conversations are artificial. They are not real people.
When you click calls to action on the AI Companion landing page or similar pages, you may be sent to third-party partner sites (affiliate or partner destinations). FreeToolBay markets and refers users to those partners. FreeToolBay does not operate the final chat product on partner sites. Partner services are provided by third parties and are subject to those parties' own terms, privacy policies, pricing, and support.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and any linked adult AI companion experiences. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you will not allow minors to access adult content through your devices or accounts.
The Site and any information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, specific results from AI companions, availability of any partner service, or that marketing descriptions will match every feature of a partner product at all times. Partner offerings can change without notice to us.
Links and buttons on the Site may take you to third-party websites. Those sites have their own terms and policies. Your dealings with partners, including payments, accounts, chat content, subscriptions, and customer support, are solely between you and the partner. FreeToolBay is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for partner acts, omissions, content, billing, or service quality.

Site content, branding, layout, and materials owned or licensed by FreeToolBay remain our property or that of our licensors. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reuse our materials in a way that suggests FreeToolBay endorses you or operates a partner product it does not operate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeToolBay and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Site, inability to use the Site, or your use of any third-party partner site or service reached through the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us directly for Site access in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
You agree to defend and hold harmless FreeToolBay and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we may collect and use information, including cookies and analytics (such as Vercel Analytics). By using the Site, you also acknowledge that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
